Ms Word 2007 : Ribbon

Episod kali ini kita akan belajar mengenai Ribbon di Ms Office 2007,
Ya pasti ada yang terpinga-pinga apabila nak menggunakan Mircosoft Office 2007. Maklumlah Ms Office 2007 telah berubah lebih banyak dari pakej sebelumnya. Di Ms Office 2007 tiada menu tetapi digantikan dengan Ribbon.

Ms Word 2003 : Shortcut Key

Keys for Smart Tags

To perform this action...Press...

Keys for Task Panes

A task pane is a help window that provides ready access to commands related to a specific topic. Task Panes normally appear on the right side of the screen, tiled with the program window.

Keys for Menus

You can use keystrokes to select any command on the menu bar. Press ALT or F10 to activate the menu bar. Press the underlined letter in a menu name to display that menu. When the menu appears, press the underlined letter in a command name to execute the command.

Keys for Toolbars

You can use keystrokes to select any command on a visible toolbar. Ms Powerpoint : Save As Type

Untuk Ms Powerpoint pula just simple jer... or mybe simple ini ramai kawan-kawan aku pening skit.

sebenarnya untuk 2 post sebelum ini yang ada gambar bagi contoh-contoh yang saya buat, saya menggunakan powerpoint untuk menghasilkan gambar itu. setelah slide telah disusun, saya akan menyimpankannya dengan "Save as Type" diubah kepada "JPEG file Interchange Format"

insyallah saya akan cuba letakkan gambar bagi contoh ini...he..3x saje jer x letak gambar lagi. nak tengok kawan-kawan faham tak kalau saya berikan penerangan seperti ini.

Ms Excel (Column) : Memanjangkan Column bagi sekata dengan text

Episod kali ini saya Cikgu Ralph Why IQ akan menunjukkan satu kaedah yang ramai kawan-kawan enggak tahu...betul mesti ramai yang tak tahu punya laaa...

Kalau Medan yang kita isi seperti medan B4 ini, text didalamnya sudah melebihi sempadan Column B...ramai kawan-kawan yang akan menghalakan tetikus diantara Column B dan C seperti dibawah dan akan menarik / memanjangkan sehingga ia rasa sudah sama panjang dengan medan B4.

Maka dengan ini saya ingin menunjukkan cara superb pantas untuk memanjangkan Column itu tanpa kita teragak-agak memastikan kepanjangan sama dan sesuai dengan B4...

Caranya, sama seperti diatas iaitu menghalakan tetikus diantara 2 column, bagi kes ini column B dan C, kemudian dengan menggunakan ketikan sebanyak 2 kali secara pantas (double click) anda akan melihat keajaibannya (seperti gambar dibawah). Ia dengan pantas menyesuaikan kepanjangan column mengikut B4

Ms Word (Table) : Menambah Lajur dan Baris baru

Memula dah ada 4 lajur... tetiba kena tambah lagi 1 lajur di tengah-tengah...ayoyoyo macamana ni.

Haaaa mari sini Ralph Why IQ (Raf kenapa IQ) nak habak kat kawan-kawan semua.
1st dapatkan Toolbar Tables n Borders dengan ketik kanan pada bahagian atas seperti gambar dibawah, kemudian dapatkan Tables and Borders
selepas itu keluarlah toolbar yang diinginkan.....Haaa nampak tak butang pensel dekat tepi sekali..ketik laaa butang tersebut
Dengan kuasa bulan akan menghukummu..Opsss silap sekali keluar ayat sailormoon pula..
Ok... dengan menggunakan pensel tersebut silalah rajin-rajin membuat garisan pada bahagian yang ingin ditambah seperti gambar dibawah.
Jeng..jeng..jeng dah siap...

Khas buat Pengguna Ms Office

Seringkali anda menghadapi masalah semasa menggunakan Ms Office???

Camner nak buat nie, camner nak buat itu, Eh mana ruler, Eh nak besarkan gambar nie boleh ke? nak masukkan gambar macam mana?

pasti ada seribu satu pertanyaan semasa anda menggunakan ms office...yup blog ini saya bukan tujukan khas kepada mereka yang mahir dalam ms office tetapi bagi mereka yang baru dan masih terpinga-pinga dalam ms office.

setelah bertahun-tahun saya mengajar secara langsung mahupun tidak langsung (semasa membuat kelas komputer mahupun semasa dipejabat) dari sekolah hingga dah kerja nie. Acapkali rakan-rakan bertanyakan masalah ms office nie... seperti pakar rujuk laa pula kepada rakan-rakan dalam kaitan pengguna ms office.

Maka kali ini terlitas dilubuk hati ini untuk meneruskan bantuan ini kedunia tanpa sempadan,
